We’re Sparagus, and we’re thrilled to reintroduce ourselves. You might have known us as a recruitment agency, but our journey has taken us far beyond that definition. Our story began in 2017, founded by a team with more than 30 years of combined experience in the field. Back then, our mission was clear and straightforward: connect top talent with leading Belgian companies fast and better than anyone else. We succeeded. Our focus on speed, quality, and service quickly positioned us as a go-to player in IT services and engineering recruitment across Belgium.
But standing still has never been our style. As we grew beyond Belgium, expanding into the Benelux, Europe, and Morocco, we diversified our expertise, reshaped our leadership team, and built a network of exceptional professionals. The more we evolved, the more we realized we didn’t just want to fill roles. We wanted to solve bigger business challenges.
